 Candle Safety Tips For an even candle burn and to maximise burn time please read the following: - Please burn our pillar candles for no longer than 2 hours for their first use, then subsequent burns no longer than 2-3 hours at a time
- Remove all labels before burning candles (no need if label is on a container)
- Place candle in draft free area to ensure even burn
- We use lead free cotton wicks for all our candles and recommend you keep the wick trimmed to 0.5-1cm to prevent smoking
- Re-trim wick prior to each burn
- Always place candles on heat resistant surface/base and on a level stable surface
- Extremes of hot and cold should be avoided, please do not store candles in freezer
- NEVER move or leave candle unattended while burning
- ALWAYS keep away from children and pets
- After candle has burnt down, containers may be washed clean with hot soapy water, air dried and re-used as desired
- CAUTION containers become hot when candle is lit
